Comprehensive Tier — R245 per month
Complete legal and liability cover for the serious firearm owner. Includes everything in the Entry Tier, plus:
- Civil Liability Cover: Protection against civil claims for damages arising from a lawful self-defence incident, including loss of support claims from the dependants of a deceased attacker.
- Licence Application Support: Guidance and support with Section 13 (self-defence), Section 15 (occasional hunting/sport), and Section 16 (dedicated hunting/sport) licence applications and renewals, including appeals against CFR refusals.
- Self-Defence Incident Management: Comprehensive incident management from the moment of the shooting through to the conclusion of all legal proceedings.

Exclusions
Firearms Guardian does not cover:
- Incidents involving unlicensed or illegally possessed firearms.
- Incidents arising from the commission of a criminal offence by the insured.
- Incidents where the insured was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the incident.
- Pre-existing legal matters that commenced prior to the inception of the policy.
- Fines, penalties, or punitive damages imposed by a court.
